I woke up to find amazing Mother’s Day presents waiting for me!
The best was a framed canvas of the pic from the kids in Rosemary last year. This will hang in my house for the rest of my life.
No, I didn’t get flowers from Flora. I used an old vase/box I’d gotten from there and picked the peonies out of my yard!
Love the pics below!
The bad part about Easter being so late in the year is that my folks couldn’t come up for Mother’s Day. Matt and I sent her the pic below.
The sweet posy Crawford made me at Sunday school. I love our church. So blessed that the kids have such a great church program to learn about God.
I hosted Mother’s Day brunch. I know – you are supposed to get cooked for on Mother’s Day – right? Not me. I LOVE to cook so this was the treat I gave myself. Bo bought “good” champagne for the mom’s to drink :)
Sue-Sue made 2 incredible quiches. Hands down – brunch is my favorite meal!
My kids really know how to turn it on. When there’s an audience – they deliver.
Crawford made this picture for me.
My amazing mother-in-law and her one and only child. She’s been a mom and great friend to me over the past 16 years!
To my own Momma – I missed you so much today. You give so much of yourself and do so much for all of us – and you never ask for anything in return. I love you to pieces. Am so blessed to have you as such a wonderful Mom and an even better friend. You’ve made me into the Mother I am and I’m so thankful.
I LOVE YOU!
