A big thank you to Cole Rogers for introducing Crawford to, “Trick or treat, smell my feet…)! They were screaming it at the top of their lungs – HA! The best part of trick-or-treating is watching your kids with their friends. I have fond memories of me and my besties terrorizing neighborhoods for years. I’m just relishing the fact that for the next few years – at least the parents are allowed to join in the fun!
Our precious crew – love them!
The first house.
Conlee went step-for-step with the boys. She’d sweetly say “Tick or Teat!”.
America at it’s best :) Gorgeous house, beautiful front porch, fun (not creepy) music and tons of candy!
I told you Con got the hang of it. She beat the boys to this door and was on tippy toes ringing the bell!
We raced home from the Rogers’ just in time to hit a few key stops in our hood. The Heils’ haunted house was a must! I was even scared to death. Can’t believe Crawford did it! Thank goodness Taylor (the clown) was there to supervise! They really go all out and have such a good mix of real and fake that you never really know.
Con was NOT a fan! I so thought the pic below was a “fake” that is until he followed me out and grabbed me! Crawford thought it was hilarious.
How great is this costume?
At 8:00 – we called it “over” and headed home.
So glad we snapped one last pic before heading inside to…
…check out the loot.
Crawford’s wig was so good. I think Bo and I will have to be Sonny & Cher next year :)
Why are fake teeth so funy? Crawford’s stash makes it.
The kids dressed to hand out some candy. This is them screaming “Trick or Treat!”
Honestly, I didn’t tell them to hug.
We finally did a force shut down at 8:45. The kids got a treat – they read a book in bed together. Bo and I got teary-eyed over just how special tonight was. I love, love, love my friends and family.
