In the spirit of doing things ahead of schedule – the kids and I made Christmas cookies for Santa tonight. The recipe says you can freeze the undecorated cookies for a few weeks. So that’s what we did. Make the dough, roll and bake. We’ll decorate on Christmas Eve.
Later, we went for a drive to check out the Christmas lights. We headed up the mountain. I’ll never cease to be amazed by this view.
