The Garmon’s and the Lee’s got together to celebrate Lu-Lu’s 85th birthday Sunday morning. She’s still at Circle of Life which is an AMAZING place. Garon and Crawford were wound up – so thank goodness there is an outside door – so J-J took them to see the pond.
We then sang Happy Birthday and ate super, yummy cake. Harp’s made it – lemon filling with whipped cream icing – so good.
Crawford and Con gave her their cards. She actually smiled and asked if they made it themselves!
Such a happy/sad experience. She’s so sick and you know cancer is getting her each and every day. I know the Lord has a plan and His way is the only way – but I pray that he has mercy and soon she is able to join him and be rid of this awful, debilitating disease.
